Bringing the edgy street vibe of east London to the hustle and bustle of the west-end's Charlotte Street, the philosophy behind Jonning & Riashi hair salon was inspired by the international influence of its owners Nadia Jönning and Steven Riashi. The pair wanted to create an urban studio, which offered bespoke hairdressing services in a relaxed and informal setting. Housed in a converted motorbike garage, the finished Jönning & Riashi salon is a hair pit stop tucked away on cobbled street with an intimate Swedish-style interior. The exposed brickwork, white wooden floors and a quirky mezzanine level (where customers can relax and glam up for a night on the town) reflects the laid back vibe of the owners and Jönning and Riashi pride themselves on giving their clients the best service in town. Whether you want to recreate the latest ombre fade out, go off duty with a short grungy crop, learn how to perfect a preppy blow-dry or flirt with an eye skimming fringe, the expert team will use their international skills and top of the range Shu Uemura products to effortlessly transform hair so it looks and feels like you've just stepped off a catwalk. Adam has worked and trained with hairdressers from all over the world in the last 9 years, absorbing as much information from them as possible which has led to him being able to cut and colour a wide range of hair textures with great confidence. From Japanese precision cutting to Italian-style freehand techniques, this individual approach ensures you walk away with a style that is not only unique but detailed to exactly suit your needs. Adam has a natural taste for colour and a deep understanding of the science behind it - allowing him to create soft and wearable colours as well as the fashion-led more daring looks using a variety of colouring techniques including the increasingly popular technique of balayage, in which Adam was trained in Italy at the beginning of his career.
