The space was nice but cramped, nice atmpsohere and friendly staff. Mandy was lovely, chatting and listening to my requests. But the haircut I got was way off what I asked for, I don't understand how the words and actions can be so mismatched. I asked for shoulder-length, specified I want enough to be able to tie it back still, and it seemed like I was understand, but my hair was cut so short it's only down to my ears and it will take me months to get back to how I originally wanted it cut.
