The space was nice but cramped, nice atmpsohere and friendly staff. Mandy was lovely, chatting and listening to my requests.
But the haircut I got was way off what I asked for, I don't understand how the words and actions can be so mismatched. I asked for shoulder-length, specified I want enough to be able to tie it back still, and it seemed like I was understand, but my hair was cut so short it's only down to my ears and it will take me months to get back to how I originally wanted it cut.

Having relocated I had the challenge of finding a new stylist. I was very fortunate to have found Jonathan in a short space of time - he is extremely knowledgeable & experienced, listens to what I want to achieve, and absolutely smashed it out of the park!
I'm on my 4th cut/style with him now, that speaks volumes as I am very fussy.
