Thank you for my massage today! I had so many aches and pains from a desk job and then swimming / running, but you worked away on all of it and tailored the massage to exactly what I needed! Loved the bamboo sticks too. Jo was really knowledgeable and talked me through the massage and gave me some great tips to help me prepare for my next sports event. All in all I would certainly recommend, and I will be back.
