Joanna was very welcoming & friendly.
The pressure was exactly what I needed which, as anyone knows who's had a deep tissue massage, isn't relaxing but it's not supposed to be. It certainly did the trick.
The treatment room is in a beautiful setting in a lovely building although a little tricky to locate via Google maps, so I was very grateful for the directions Joanna sent about an hour before my appointment.
Thank you Joanna, i will definitely be returning.

I've been having waxing treatments for a long time, always with the same therapist. Needed to find someone else and based on location and reviews, Joanna was my choice. I'm really glad that I found her. She's professional and at the same time friendly. The hot Hollywood and upper lip wax were straightforward and the results excellent. I'm definitely gonna rebook and recommend to others.
