Joanna was great, she made me feel at ease and explained all the treatments before doing a lovely professional job. The waxing went smoothly (relatively painless!) and my manicure and pedicure look great. I booked threading but it wasn’t suitable for my face on the day so she was flexible and offered me a refund or alternative treatment. I changed it to an eyebrow tint which she did really well. Very friendly, experienced and would definitely book her again.
