Arrived for my appointment and wasn’t let inside - tried calling and texting a number of times to say I’d arrived only for Joanna to pretend she couldn’t hear me. Told her I was leaving after waiting for half an hour and asked for a refund - only to be ignored. Shocking and unprofessional behavior.

I have been visiting Jojo's beauty hub for quite some time now and I must say, Joanna is the best! She is always welcoming, always smiling and you can always have a chat with her. The studio is so clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, and she is just doing wonders. Jojo is seriously the best, highly recommend her!

The overall experience was quite disappointing, especially considering the high price for the services provided. From the outset, I felt cold throughout the session, and the massage itself was underwhelming. The therapist primarily focused on my upper back and shoulders, despite my request for a full deep tissue massage. Additionally, she neglected to address my soles or abdomen, which left me feeling that the entire process was rushed and not thorough.
