After being rude on the phone when I arrived to be let in,I was left waiting for 15 minutes with no explanation/apologies.I was then informed via the previous client that jo was waiting at the top of the stairs,so up I went to no one. After what I can imagine was a miscommunication between her and her other client I was greeted with accusations: ‘I’m a liar,the devil,doing the devils work,god will never save me’.Didn’t even have the decency to let me out the building

Arrived for my appointment and wasn’t let inside - tried calling and texting a number of times to say I’d arrived only for Joanna to pretend she couldn’t hear me. Told her I was leaving after waiting for half an hour and asked for a refund - only to be ignored. Shocking and unprofessional behavior.
