The manicure was OK for the price, but it took forever and the master didn’t know how to do a French manicure - so she tried many times to get it right. It was far from perfect and didn’t last long at all

Unfortunately the therapist cut my skin making me bleed twice when performing pedicure. Apparently it was due to my skin being 'too sensitive' but this has never happened to me before during pedicure. Sadly cannot recommend.

Viola did my balayage which was patchy 90’s style highlights that was different on each side. I was told I couldn’t have a bouncy blow dry due to the texture of my hair (which is straight). No product, including heat protection was used. My hair kept being brushed when it was shampooed which was incredibly painful - I have never had that in a salon before. Riccardo fixed my hair a couple of days later and was much better.
