I went back after a long time and showed what I wanted despite I had colour in my hair before I showed multiple photos of what I want and said I want to stay dark and not to dark. The lady who started doing my hair first was so confused and consulted Marsala, Richardo and they used 5 bowls of different brown colour on my hair. My hair is so so dark and I can’t even see the balayage at all. Just looks jet black. The lady who washed my hair pulled my hair and crawled her nails into my scalp
