Really nice experience but sadly the gels haven’t lasted:(( two had chipped / come off within 6 days, so I rang and they kindly did them again - but within 4 days, two more gels had chipped. So sad as really wanted to love this place but I expect gels to last 2-3 weeks and they do when I’ve been at other salons unfortunately, so just not up to standard here.

I have very difficult, coarse hair to colour and Riccardo managed it effortlessly. Thank you for making me feel heard in what I wanted and for the desired outcome. I can’t wait for my next visit.
