I visited Joelle for balayage a few months ago. I wanted to achieve blonde balayage in my darker hair. I cannot fault the quality of service from the staff and the experience. However, I am so upset with the results from the balayage. 6 months down the line my hair is beyond damage, untamable and my mid-back length hair now needs to chopped to atleast collar bone length for it to be restored. My hair is one of my precious assets and I've never had it that short, I am so devastated. I recall the staff talking in Italian and I got the hint that requesting the blonde wasn't a good option since my hair was too dark and it would involve a lot of bleaching. I just wish the staff had been honest and told me straight that we don't reccomend this. 3 members of staff had to work on my hair, and at one point they joked that my hair had gone green. You are the professional and we instil our trust in you, please be honest.

Overall I am very happy with my experience at the salon. I had highlights and a cut and blow dry, which I am very pleased with. My only suggestion is to serve your coffee in glass cups not plastic :)
