Awful experience, I was cut in the neck when the hairdresser used clippers, she kept cutting my fringe in a different way regardless of me constantly explaining how I wanted it to be cut.
I said at the beginning that I specifically don’t want a bob but a straight cut and she kept cutting it in a bob...
After 1,5h in the chair explaining what I want, I eventually left to correct my hairscut elsewhere...
Staff was lovely but either not trained well or unable to listen to customers needs.
I do not recommend.
