Love the outcome of my hair, just the colour I wanted. However time management was extremely poor, waited 2 hours to get seen although i had an appointment.

Left an email on your website - not very happy with the finished outcome especially as I paid more than I thought... instead of getting compliments people have asked me if I did it myself! Stylists were so lovely but I think the use of the darker colour has made my roots orange and the highlights on top are quite chunky making a striped effect.
