I went in for balayge which was set to £60. I haven't left with the balayge look. More just overall streaks. I also spent half an hour explaining to the hairdresser that I didn't want to spend £120 for another treatment he thought was better. My hair needed to be toned to get the balayge look which is normal for balayge look but I was charged £85, extra for the toner! Which isn't as ashy as I asked for. I'm unhappy with the cut. I have a styled bob and it's the bottom is cut unevenly.
