Everyone in the salon was really friendly and attentive, did my hair well.
Possibly due to a mistranslation (as the staff are italian), I feel that my balayage highlights were a lighter than what I had asked for and the images I showed before the session. The end result was really nice anyway and they even gave a free blowdry.
Additionally, there was an additional charge of £20 on top of the price for the toner which I don't think was explicit when buying.

Please Ensure all staff are professionally good enough to work at your salon. As well as people booked for the services are available when customers arrive, to avoid disappointment. I have booked Gio - the person which delivered a great service previously, but this time he was not there, so not happy with the end result. Sadly have to say that i am Disappointed !

Had an amazing experience at Joelle Shades! Freddie & Ricardo really listened to what I wanted and simultaneously worked on my hair to give me the perfect blonde/brown balayage. Ebony then cut and gave my hair layers perfectly to my liking! Would highly recommend this place and their lovely, friendly staff.
