The team did an amazing job with my hair! I came in for an ashy balayage, and after an initial consultation we picked an ashy shade that came out perfectly and didn't damage my hair as much as my initial request would have. My only complaint would be that I had to wait for almost an hour after arriving for my appointment because they weren’t done with previous customers. Also bear in mind that you might need to pay extra for toner, but my hair looks gorgeous and that’s what matters.

The customer service at Joelle's Shades was very good. My hair stylist Ricardo was very attentive and gave good advice on hair colour for my balayage. I was very pleased with my end result- both the colour and style looked great. I definitely recommend going here and will certainly be going again at some point.
