My balayage came out much lighter than the picture I showed - I now have white stripes through brown hair which isn’t a good look. They were incredibly busy while I was there which meant there were long waiting times and the staff were so distracted which is why my hair now looks like it does - they left me in my foils for much too long while they were chatting and cutting other people’s hair. Do not recommend.
