The stylish was different to the booked, Not Al (senior stylish) but Tatiana, she was very good and gentle, she also suggested a treatment and received the best head massage!

A curly blow dry is not rough drying my hair and then tonging it with tongs I have at home. Blow dryed with a flat paddle brush so no volume at all. Will not go back .. can do a better job myself. Girl was nice enough though.

My balayage was terrible, the highlights' colour was far from what I asked and it did not suit me at all. I asked them not to put any colour on my natural root colour, however they did colour this part and you could see some highlights starting from the root which is not a balayage.
The stylist even apologised in the end and admitted that he didn't do a good job with my hair. The haircut and blow dry were also poor.
They have booked more poeple in that they could handle and was not COVID safe
