Very sorry to write this review because Riccardo was very nice and spent two hours correcting my colour but it is botched. I have waited an hour before being seen despite having an appointment and despite bringing a picture and asking for a light caramel balayage on the bottom of my shaft I got a B L O N D dye all over, partially because he was not paying attention and the dye was left on for too long. I cried for a good 10 minutes upon seeing the result. Cutting my hair now, regret it deeply.

Elle is so lovely, and accommodating with bookings. She takes real care of your nails and I would highly recommend her. My nails have lasted much longer than they would anywhere else!
