The treatment was great. My nails look fab and it's a few days in. I had problems with my card and they were so patient while I sorted it out. Would definitely recommend!

They did a nice job of cutting and styling my hair - but there were definitely some communication problems! I went into the appointment with some old fading bleach blonde highlights and darker roots growing out - and I asked if I could have a ‘dark blonde’ balayage (ie less bleach blonde than my old colour). I showed the stylist some pictures of women with darker, ashier blonde hair.
When I saw the colour at the end, they’d dyed me completely brunette. No other way of describing it!

Riccardo was my senior hair stylist (always has been). I specifically choose him every time as he knows exactly what cut I go for (layers) and a specific blow dry accustom to my preference.
When I get my hair washed, I always have a good experience as they are thorough and massage your scalp which I never get anywhere else. I come here every 3 months and will always come here and give them 5 stars, an underrated hair salon!
