The place was good but I had some issues with my balayage I told him some other shade and he did the same old backschool balayage on me. I guess he can only do that one

The appointment took 5 hours, even though I was told 2.5 hours which was the most frustrating part - it was absolutely boiling and no air con. The staff were rude but you could tell stressed - the cut was careless/awful but the end colour was nice.
