It was my first time at the salon and I haven't been able to find a London hairdresser I have like across my 4 years here so have my hair appointment everytime I'm back in Newcastle. Because of this I was super nervous but Ricardo did a brilliant job - he was sure to understand what I wanted and the finish was amazing! I had highlights and a toner for my white blonde and love it.

Lovely salon and attentive staff but treatments subpar.
3 nails have broken in a week while I’ve been on holiday as they use dipping powder and not the usual acrylic application method.
Pedicure advertised as “deluxe” but don’t even have a foot spa
