Negatives - was at the salon for just over 2 hours for wash, trim and blowdry because of waiting despite having an appt, salon was quite hot inside and no update while waiting for the first 30 mins.
Positives - since I was waiting for over an hour until my cut, they offered a free conditioning treatment which was nice.

Riccardo & Mimosa were very friendly & did a nice job. Although my balayage started off too low & the front needed more highlights they happily fixed this for me. Mind you they charged me 2x£30 for toner on both visits on top of the £130 already paid
