I didn’t get the result that I wanted because I was told it wasn’t achievable. But this is after I had already paid for everything. There was no consultation beforehand, like a professional salon. They should have told me in advance I can’t get what I wanted and I could have chosen if I wanted orange hair instead of ash!! They offered to fix it but I wanted a refund instead as I have already consulted another hairdresser. They completely ghosted me.
