Hair felt rushed and was overall dissatisfied by the service, hairdresser made no effort to be friendly, had to force answer about the hair. My hair was also cut while straight and dry, get the impression he did not know how to cut curly hair. I was also made to pay £20 for subcharge for mid length hair this was also ridiculous seeing as my hair is short and thin so not as if more product was necessary. Overall for over £100 i would not recommend.

Just want I wanted - love my hair. All staff were very professional, welcoming and a pleasure to talk to! I genuinely enjoyed my visit and Nick did a beautiful job. Ample prosecco and coffee was a nice touch too ;) can't wait to go back!
