Jo and the team are lovely. I come here regularly and am never disappointed, this visit I asked for something a bit different and was happy with my haircut and beachy waves

The ladies were super lovely and I was happy with my haircut. I just felt it was a little rushed. Makeup artist washed and dried my hair as Joanne was busy and when I got home I realised I had bits of conditioner still in my hair and it was still quite wet in places

She's quick. Does exactly what I want. Her chit chat is entertaining and personal.
It's amazing how she manages to multi task and yet stay to her appointment times!
