This was my first wax since before covid and my first time visiting Joanne. Joanne was very friendly, professional and reassuring and put me at ease, explaining what to expect. She was very thorough with Covid measures and with the treatment. She tried to make the treatment as quick and pain free as possible. Joanne was easy and nice to speak to throughout the treatment, which was a welcome distraction. I will definitely use Joanne again in future and recommend her for waxing.

This is a great wee hidden gem which I came across by chance. Had the most pain-free Brazilian Wax and facial threading. Joanne is friendly, attentitive, professional and really cares about her clients. Really nice to see a salon adhering to all the covid measures including taking details of all clients as well as providing hand sanitiser and wipedown of plastic cover on bed. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be returning.
