Joanna is very thorough, taking careful steps to get rid of ingrown hairs and not leave any wax behind (which has been my experience at other waxes). Whether the hair is long or shorter, she is very efficient and keeps it as pain free as possible. The room is warm and peaceful, possibly most relaxed I’ve ever felt during a wax appointment! Thank you.
