This was my first ever wax and Joanna made me feel so at ease! I have quite a bit of hair, so I expected it to be really painful, but she made the whole experience amazing. There is some pain in certain areas, but Joanna was so reassuring and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout. She was lovely, professional and never made me feel embarrassed or self-conscious.
