Jo is always welcoming and very lovely lady. (Even though I was a bit late for my appointmen). She is very thorough, listens to my wishes and her hygiene standards are immaculate.
I am completely happy with my results and enjoyed her company. I gladly recommend her and her work.

Great results yet again from Jo. Wouldn’t consider any other therapist. I had semi permanent lips and brows. The shape and shade were exactly what I wanted and Jo really took the time to make sure the treatment was not uncomfortable

Jo is warm and welcoming from the word go. Treatment room was immaculate as always. Made me feel super comfortable during my treatment. Chatty and kept me updated with what she was doing to my brows. Second visit to Jo and would 100% return. Had a couple of queries regarding aftercare which she responded to quickly. Much more personal experience than a salon!
