Ilona is a very sweet person, I can tell she is very talented but I would like to say that it’s essential she also listens to the client. I asked for a haircut/style and she still did what she thought was the best. I understand since she is the stylist and has a professional vision but we are the clients and that is important. So I wish she listen more. After all, it’s the client who will be wearing the final result.
