Worst treatment. i m their customer for more than a year now, Ewelina gave me patchy bleach, but i went back, for make it right, then she burnt my hair what led me loosing my hair. The only discount i got was an olaplex treatment for £15.maybe i should have complained more or make a scene. Then i went back in every 2 months, asking a bob haircut, styled for hiding my most burning part. I went back now, and while i tried to explain what i want, i get the answer "i don't have 2 hours for a haircut
