I wanted to have blonde highlights on my dark blonde hair and at the back of my hair is a lot of dark hair plus front I can hardly see highlights , it is very high blonde that after one wash turned into almost white - grey hair. I think that bleach was used( I used normal shampoo and conditioner , nothing to brighten it up ). I tried to call but nobody answered.
I do not recommend this hairdresser .
