Oddest service I’ve ever received in the 10 years i’ve been getting my hair highlighted.
First off, my stylist (Alicja?) did not even check in with me before starting and ended up doing WAY too many highlights in my hair. She also only really bleached the roots, without the ends and now my hair is way lighter at the top (probs bc she didn’t start toning at the roots either which makes no sense). She also had to wash my hair section by section while painting bc she wasn’t quick enough??

Faultless keratin hair treatment that was done carefully and efficiently. Everything i would expect from that treatment. I have had a cut here before too and it was very good and reasonably priced.
