Usually the staff are excellent but this was not the case this time. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire appointment with Krystian continually winking and making various suggestive comments. Whilst I was having my hair washed he nearly had his forehead pressed against mine. Haircut was also terrible with some hair being just left uncut even after I pointed them out to him. Highlights and colour also extremely patchy and ashy even after telling him that was the opposite of what I wanted.
