Really friendly, happy to answer questions and give advice. Swift and the least painful wax I can remember (especially after 18 months without!). Only gave a 4 for the eyebrow wax as I’ve had spots above my brows for nearly 2 weeks (but that’s more about my sensitive skin than the quality of the treatment) - the shaping was great.

Once you go to Jo you’ll never go anywhere else! Fab treatments, super quick, lycon wax is amazing and Jo is lovely, a great laugh to distract you from any pain.
