I have very high standards when it comes to manicure and pedicure, as in my country it is one of the best services in the world. Due to high ratings of this place I decided to visit it, despite my friends telling me it's not worth it in the uk. I had GEL polish, not shellac, so when it came to removing it, the girl clearly wasn't 100% sure what to do and I had to tell her how it was taken off before. Even after, my nails felt weak because she pressed too much. When it came to removal of the cuticles, it was the worst nightmare. I can't blame the place though, as in the uk girls just move the skin around nails back, whereas I'm used to have maximum cleaned nails, so I asked the girl to cut them off. How she did it spoke a lot about her qualification because the movements were inpatient and to be honest I wasn't sure she knew how to do it properly. When polishing the nails I wasn't satisfied how the first layer looked, because despite the fact it will be covered with another one, I still want it to be done with patience. The good thing is very welcoming staff, the huge amount of colours and stuff for nail art. The girl who did my nails was really lovely and welcoming. But I doubt I will come back.

Jo is really & professional. Very thorough and fast wax, least painful wax I have ever had and redness/rash subsided quickly after appointment.
