Only criticism is that the entrance was difficult to find. Jo was lovely and super chatty, the waxing was quick and not as painful as other places i’ve been before

Just out from my luxury shellac manicure by Jo. Unfortunately it was an extremely quick 45 minutes (and it was 45 minutes!). Such was the experience I had. Jo is a genuinely warm and friendly person who has a fantastic knowledge of her products. I went in with a photo of how I’d like my nails to look and she replicated it exactly! The manicure and colour application is perfect. I would highly recommend JM waxing.
