Really kind lady who was really knowledgable and did a great job. Really lovely room and was made to feel instantly comfortable and relaxed. Couldn’t have been better

100% recommend, Jo is lovely and really makes you feel at ease - none of the usual awkwardness. The manicure and pedicure was one of the best that I’ve had in a while! Definitely worth it!
