I had booked a female therapist, so I was surprised when a male therapist greeted me on arrival. I always choose a female therapist for personal reasons, so this wasn’t what I was expecting. This appears to be a management issue with inaccurate listings on Treatwell and not honouring the selected therapist.
That said, Maicol was very professional and delivered a great massage. In different circumstances, I would feel happy booking again.
