The nail technician didn't engage in any sort of conversation. The polish that was used took a very long time to dry and still smudged. I had to re-do the two nails that smudged myself.

My previous gel polish was mostly scraped off which did quite a bit of damage to my nails. Noticed the gel was a little lumpy afterwards which I think is a result of that.
