The man doing my nails was lovely - and really apologetic as they were running about 25 mins behind my booked appointment. He was also very apologetic when a customer stormed out of the salon claiming that the person doing her nails had hurt her. The salon is a bit dirty, but the man doing my nails and the woman next to him are lovely- and overall I was happy with my nail refill. They also gave me a discount on the nail repair I needed to make up for the delay in starting my treatment. Overall, I’ll still go here when I’m in a pinch and need an appointment at short notice, but probably wouldn’t go here regularly as the quality of treatment seems to depend really heavily on who does your nails.

you think you made a good deal as it's the cheapest local beauty place in hammersmith/chiswick area but you got it wrong. it s dirty, staff unprofessional, they use the same gloves over and over again...to avoid!!!
