Denied that I had booked an appointment until I showed them the text Treatwell had sent confirming the booking. Even then made no apology, just did my nails in complete silence, until she cut my finger and then all of sudden she wanted to talk. Very poor service and attitude.

I had a partially torn nail and my technician fixed it and then painted my nails really well. You would never now that the nail had been damaged. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Going to have my toes done too for my holiday coming up.
