My therapist was Lesley not ivy. I was taken aback not to be greeted when I arrive, not smiled at or spoken to. I had a problem with vertical splitting of one of my nails which I wanted to discuss but no one was interested and Lesley spoke very little English. I even bought silk repair but had no chance to explain I wanted this before the treatment. The ail treatment was careful and thorough but without silk repair I doubt the gel will do its job properly.
