The shop itself looked fine. The lady who greeted us wasn’t friendly or welcoming, she couldn’t find our booking and then just told us to sit and pick a colour. The nail polishes were all old and the bottles looked caked. The person who did our pedicures wasn’t great, just went through the motions of rubbing our feet a little and then adding moisturiser. The manicure wasn’t great, left cuts on my fingers when pulling my cuticles off and paint job was done terribly. Wouldn’t go back
