Getting my nails done is important to me and something I look forward too. It’s not cheap to have them done so achieving the desire outcome is crucial. To achieve this it’s necessary for the nail technician to listen showing that they understand and care about the importance of the process. From the outset the attitude and mannerisms of the nail technician was off and when I pointed out some concerns about how my nails were looking her attitude and technique became more flippant and uncaring.
