First of all Jass is not available but other lady available. She wasn't experienced. Overall, it was worst experience ever in Derby.

Not a great experience. I booked a Hollywood and the app let me select a beautician, and I booked Jass, the owner. The person who did my Hollywood was not Jass. The lady was inexperienced, she started off doing the hot wax but she couldn’t do it, she kept peeling it off in bits and it really hurt. In the end did strip wax. It was slow, painful and end result wasn’t great. I wouldn’t come back

The lady who did my wax had no idea what she was doing. Didn’t pull my skin tight so it was literally tearing my skin off. Didn’t complete the treatment as she was hurting me far too much. My nails chipped within hours of getting home from the salon, music wasn’t English and the lady who did my wax couldn’t understand what I was saying so I didn’t feel confident with her doing it
