Massage itself was okay, however I think it would have been nice to have some calming music playing as I could hear a builder drilling nearby. Also I was expecting to be asked about allergies/medical conditions / firmness but this wasn’t brought up at all. The lady did ask me whether there was a specific area to focus on and did focus more on that area which was appreciated. The haircut was not quite what I was hoping for, I asked for it much shorter, but the lady was reluctant to cut much off even after asking a few times for more off. I’ve not had my hair cut in this way before, the lady sprayed the ends damp (no wash) and then combed all my hair towards the back of my head, no parting, and just cut across the bottom. No layering or lifting the hair with a comb, just combed downwards and snipped it straight across. I don’t feel like it was a very even cut but I’m not sure what I was expecting for less than £20! Overall it wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great. I don’t think I’d go back and will be getting my hair redone somewhere else when I get paid.

I booked the treatment for my Mother in law, she absolutely loved it...She was so relaxed she fell asleep! We will definitely be returning for more treatments. Jass is really friendly and welcoming and puts 100% into the treatments and your experience at the salon.

I loved the shape of my eyebrows as it was exactly the shape I wanted. Also, I loved my whole experience in the salon prior,during and after as the staff were professional, kind & friendly. Also, I would definitely recommend the salon as it’s clean, professional and affordable.

Absolutely loved my hair! The ladies there are so welcoming and professional. The place is clean and bright. I had a pedicure, manicure and massage as well, all were fantastic! I will definitely be returning and 100% recommend the treatments at JK Hair and Beauty Salon.
