Usually have a lovely experience here but was disappointed with my recent massage. It was less than 50 minutes and almost all time was spent doing head massage, which was quite uncomfortable as the therapist’s nails scratched my scalp. The background music was also continually interrupted by ads and the therapist kept stopping the massage to skip them.
